Return & Exchange

We accept exchange and return for defective items within 7 business days from date of delivery with valid e-receipt and order number. This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall in the list of non- refundable items provided on our site.

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stain and with its tags intact.

Items must be exchanged with an equivalent or higher price item. Extra payment to be made for higher- price item.

Delivery fees for replacement item will be incurred by Rag & Denim for items acknowledged to be defective. If the replacement item is no longer in-stock, you may request to get a new design.
